Shipping
All orders sent by Subagh Jewelry Design, LLC will be insured and require a signature on delivery.
For our shipping we are using USPS service.
Shipping within the US is free.
The cost of shipment outside of the USA will be quoted upon request.
International shipment may be subject of import duties, taxes and fees when the goods reach their country. Subagh Jewelry Design, LLC is not responsible for these charges.
If a shipment is rejected because of the clearance charges or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for all fees, including shipment, handling, and return of the goods.
15 Days Return Policy
We are confident that all of our fine jewelry will meet and exceed your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 15 days from the date of shipment arrival for a full refund or exchange.
Returning Your Order
Please follow bellow steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):
- Contact our Customer Service and request a Return Authorization Number for your order.
- Print the Return Form, and fill it out completely. Please make sure to write your Return Authorization Number on the return form.
- Send
your item(s) in original packing materials, return form, and original
invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain
the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items
lost or damaged while shipping. Send your package to:

San Bernardino, CA 92427 - After we receive your package, we will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s). A refund or customer credit will be issued within 10 business days.
Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:
- The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Number must accompany the returned item.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Custom made orders are not returnable.
- We do not accept COD (Collect on Delivery) packages.
- All returns must be undamaged, in their original condition with all tags and labels attached, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
- All returns are subject to 15% of restocking fee.
